“Upon arrival had to wait for the desk clerk until he was told by another guest that there was someone at the front desk. During check-in I was told that the room I had reserved was not available (no reason given) and that I would get a room with 2 double beds instead of the one with 1 king bed. Also, during check-in I was told that the elevator was out of service and we would have to use the stairs, when we got to our room on the 2nd floor there was dirty linens still laying in the hallway along...

“Bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the ceiling, fan was covered in dust. There was no breakfast I’m assuming because their ac was broke in the lobby, very hot and had fans blowing.”

“Very old furniture. They are renovating so I hope they change them. Phone rang twice in the middle of the night so it had to unplug it since it would only ring once bit woke us up. They person they put above us sounded like they were going to come through the floor. Sheets felt like they still had soap residue. So it's okay for a night.”

“I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel”

“We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

“Was pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the location. The room was air-conditioned and had a comfy bed. Nice to have a private bathroom too. WiFi was reliable, which helped since I needed to get some work done while away. Staff were kind and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay again for the comfort.”
